This is a nationally coordinated campaign organized to advocate for regulation and licensure of Certified Professional Midwives (CPMs) in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, and to push back against the attempts of the American Medical Association to deny American families access to safe and legal midwifery care. |

Tatia Malika Oden French and her daughter, Zorah Allie Mae French, died during a cesarean after a Cytotec induction on Dec. 28, 2001. This non-profit’s mission is to give all women complete information concerning medical interventions and drugs which are administered during childbirth, so that women would then be able to make fully informed decisions.
