No - not a hospital policy, but no docs will do it.

5. Do you know how far I would have to travel to find a hospital that offers VBAC?:
Not sure. Possibly Norfork.
6. What would happen if I arrived at the hospital and refused a cesarean?:
Nothing, can not be forced to have surgery
