She said "we don't do them", "not that big of a hospital", "surgery crew not in after 3 pm". She wasn't positive that it was a formal ban, but pretty sure. She said that "depending on policy, if you refused a cesarean, they would send you to Mobile if they had time and if not, if you were close, they'd probably let you do it."
