Are you keeping your fingers crossed and hoping for the best? Well, take charge and find out ways you can increase your chances of having an easier and safer birth. First-timers and experienced mothers both can benefit from this class. Presented by Claudia Villeneuve, President, ICAN Canada. (120 minutes)

Presented by ICAN with Gretchen Humphries and Rose St. John, Journey to VBAC: What You Need to Know is a must for women planning a VBAC and their partners. You will learn about the basic issues surrounding VBAC plus answers to common questions such as, "Am I a good candidate for a VBAC?" and "How can I maximize my chances of having a vaginal birth next time around?" We also discuss one of the most important but often overlooked issues while planning a VBAC: the father’s role in preventing a cesarean. (Two-part webinar, 90 minutes each.)

Is homebirth after cesarean (HBAC) as safe as in-hospital VBAC?  What elements make it risky?  With no studies are available on HBAC, Amy Haas, BCCE takes on the difficult task of applying the available studies on VBAC to the domain of homebirth to give a general idea on its safety. (90 minutes)
